Our Role Within the Group
We support our group companies through business development, marketing, and financial and strategic oversight. We work with them to improve performance and identify growth opportunities. Each company manages its day-to-day operations and provides products and services within its specialism.
Our Current Portfolio
Our group companies operate in business services and investor support, law and legal consultancy, management consultancy, trading, distribution and e-commerce, advertising, contracting, and telecommunications and technology.
These activities reflect our current portfolio. We remain open to new sectors and markets aligned with the group's direction and opportunities for growth.
How We Grow
We start by developing our existing companies and reinvesting capital where suitable opportunities arise. We assess investment in established businesses, acquisitions, partnerships, the creation of new businesses, and expansion of successful models into other markets.
Developing our portfolio also involves reviewing investments and considering exits where they serve the group's long-term direction.
